If you are having trouble with any light or product that you purchased from NitecoreHawaii.com or our booth at the Hawaii Historic Arms Gun Show at the Neal S. Blaisdell, please contact us immediately.
We will work with you closely to find the best resolution to any issue that you are having.

Return Policy
Warranty in a Nutshell:
It’s really simple! We’re committed to providing top notch customer service to everyone that we meet! So if you purchase a Nitecore product from us, your warranty is through us. Please don’t hesitate to contact us regarding any issue that you’re having and we will work deligently with you to find the best resolution possible.
Warranty & Return Policy out of the Nutshell(because we have to say it all):
If you have purchased Nitecore products from Nitecore Hawaii and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to us. Please email info@nitecorehawaii.com within 10 days of order delivery for the return authorization. The goods need to be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the return authorization label. The desired returned goods must fall within either of the following parameters:
Defective Product Return Parameters:
Item(s) must have been purchased from nitecorehawaii.com, local Product Show that we attended, or a Nitecore Hawaii salesman.
Once receiving the product, the customer must inspect and test it immediately. If there are any issues/damage(s) to the product(s) from shipment, please contact us and report the issue(s) immediately.
Any item(s) that show customer tampering or negligence may not be eligible for return. Examples include, but are not limited to, bent, dented, chipped, scratched, cracked, welded, or soldered products. It is under the discretion of Nitecore Hawaii to evaluate the above conditions upon receiving the returned item(s).
If the item has been deemed defective due to reasonable negligence, the refund may not be dispatched. It is upon the discretion of Nitecore Hawaii to determine if the product is defective due to customer negligence and/or operator error.

For Non-Defective Returns (Changed mind/unwanted items)
If the item is not wanted or you changed your mind, it must be the same item and in the same condition as originally shipped. It must be in resellable condition.
You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item.
Any items that have been modified, bent, dented, chipped, cracked, welded, soldered, cannot be accepted.
Any non-defective return are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless waived by a Nitecore Hawaii customer service agent.
On non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Other Parameters:
For returns with a promotion code or discount, the refunded price will be adjusted according to the discount given.
Once we receive the product back to our shop, we will inspect the item(s) and determine if it qualifies for the return.
We we reserve the right to decline service to anyone.

Warranty Commitments
We provide warranty for our products for a period up to 5 years. Within the period covered under warranty, we will repair or replace any Nitecore product that has ceased to function properly. Please refer to table below for warranty periods for different products:

Warranty Terms
Limited lifetime warranty: Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Nitecore products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
Within period covered under warranty, Nitecore will replace malfunction products with an upgraded model in the same series or one that of similar performance for customers if replacement can’t be made within due time when certain products are discontinued and can not be repaired for some reasons.
Warranty Details
1. Our authorized dealers and distributors are responsible for warranty service. Should any problem covered under warranty occurs, customers can contact their dealers or distributors in regards to their warranty claims, as long as the product was purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor.
2. NITECORE’s Warranty is provided only for products purchased from an authorized source. This applies to all NITECORE products.
3. Unauthorised third party repair and modification voids NITECORE’s warranty.
NITECORE’s warranty service is rendered NULL AND VOID if
1. Failure or damage caused by artificial destruction, unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
2. Failure or damage caused by improper use, storage or maintenance (for details please refer to the user manual)
3. Damage caused by battery leakage.
4. Damage caused by improper maintenance
5. Ordinary wear and tear/colour fading
NOTES
If an item needs to be returned to us, you must obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) from our customer service (service@nitecore.com) or from a case coordinator before sending it back to Nitecore.
To guarantee a swift and effective customer service, please purchase Nitecore products from authorized dealers or resellers. If the item was purchased from an un-authorized dealer or reseller, a round-trip transportation fee and a service fee equals to 3% of its official retail price will be charged for the maintenance.
Statement
· Product appearance is excluded from warranty.
· Should any discrepancy exist between Nitecore's terms and other warranty service details, Nitecore’s terms will be applied.
· The rights of the amendment, interpretation of these terms are reserved by NITECORE. All terms come into effect immediately upon their announcement.
